This is a system of evaluation criteria for pavement, concrete and drainage assessment to determine the repair and maintenance needs of customers on a national basis. This system includes the basic description of common parking lot problems in geographic regions, the best practices for remedying these problems, and the evaluation criteria used to rate locations' parking lot needs over time.
