By offering BFS a hybrid evaluation system based on our National Parking Lot Management S.A.V.E.S. and their parking
lot evaluation and rating system, we were able to establish budgets based on parking lot age, pavement condition,
drainage, ADA compliance and parking maximization designs.
By rating many of the BFS store’s parking lots, we are able to establish what locations need attention immediately, next year or several years down the road. Furthermore, by establishing uniform criteria for all BFS regions throughout the U.S., budgeting and expectations can be determined many years in advance of stores’ needs. By constantly communicating with regional and store managers for BFS, we are able to consider traffic conditions and busyness when planning our parking lot work. Our exclusive tracking system allows managers at all levels, from local to headquarters, to view the parking lot campaign budget, schedules, comments and completion progress at any time. Store or regional managers sign off on the completed work to ensure that the corporate office is receiving the scopes of work
we have been approved for. Also, pictures are provided to the corporate office of the overall completed parking lot and the ADA compliant parking lot stalls and signage. BFS maintains strict compliance to all local, state and national ADA standards
